This year at the WI Summer BBQ, Alyssa was awarded the “Go-To Person” Spirit Award.

These awards provide a means of highlighting the excellence to be found in all areas of work across the Institute. Individuals or teams are recognized for their exceptional contributions to their department, to their laboratory, or to Whitehead Institute as a whole.

This award is for an: “individual that consistently takes the time and initiative to address and resolve issues. They can be counted on to get things done while sustaining a high level of service.”
